Do your prices include VAT?
All Prices online include VAT where applicable.
Do you send out samples?
Of course, we will be happy to send out samples, these are charged and refunded in full once returned within 30 days provided they are still in a saleable condition. Carriage is charged on sample products.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we cater for orders of every size, Orders under 25 items with a new embroidered logo are subject to a £14.99 or new text logos a £4.99 one off set up charge per logo.
Do i have to have my items embroidered or printed?
No, we also supply our whole range plain.
How long does my order take?
All customized orders are quoted with a 10 working day lead time, we can supply faster upon request but please call us to arrange this,
Plain Garments can be dispatched within 48 Hours.
How much is delivery?
Carriage is charged at £6.95 on all orders under £199.99 to the UK, order totals above this will be sent with delivery free of charge
Overseas Carriage is not included in our standard Carriage, if you would like a quote for Overseas Delivery, please contact the sales team
How should I wash my items?
Our Embroidery and Prints are very hard wearing and should last as long as the garment itself under normal 40 degrees wash. It is recommended that printed garments are washed inside out. Printed Garments should also hang dry and not be placed in a tumble dryer. A detailed set of garment care instructions can also be emailed to you upon request.
Are setup charges onetime fees?
Yes, once you have paid the setup charge for your customisation, you aren't required to add the setup charge to your order on any subsequent orders.
